I am a woman, mother, sister, daughter, lover, friend, singer, songwriting, guitar playing, cancer surviving, University trained actor, co creating peace and love, based in truth, light and justice, rippling upon wings to my fellow man, the earth and the universe. I have been singing since I could talk, and writing music since my first punk rock band fell apart in the mid 80's. I have worked with some incredible musicians and songwriters on and off the road ( links are coming :)
I have been supported and helped on all levels by many human angels through out my life on this planet, as well as on the road running down my dreams. THANK YOU !!!
I have been Blessed with touring the heck out of Canada, US and Mexico, in support of the best of the songs I wrote between 1990 and 2003
"Live In a Shu Box" (2003)
The intended, beautiful, live, pink hug record, recorded and supported by CBC radio Canada, produced by Kelley Jo Burke and gorgeously accompanied on electric guitar by Cody Gamracy.
A bout with tumultuous experiences ( personal dis empowerment, followed by cancer, followed by healing ) resulted in my relocating to Mexico with my son and my guitar.
Rebirth followed in every sense of the spiritual word, and I wrote the latest release "Dreams of Grandeur"
Beautifully supported, recorded and stylized with love by the very talented Myek O'shea.
The here it is and how it was for me, I hope you do not learn painfully but lightly. I got down with the eagles, and the Mexican vibe, fell in love with a people who do not hide, and booked a small tour with the question to ride that if one comes from the light and believes completely in the power that the universe will provide with $200.00 in my pocket my little boy at my side, my guitar, and a Mexican puppy ...down the California coast on an 18 date tour, got me writing a little tour book that shares the title of "Dreams of Grandeur" .
What happens to one once they are awake, is an interesting process to say the least :) I found myself with a little RV, gifted to me by those who believe in a place filled with love and support and good will, who believe in the songs and even more in my will. Then yet once again found myself in a place that I felt did not support my tastes of the love that I had found in side, and so again booked more tours to find out what the base of the fears was all about.
I heard from a man that there was an awakening, as I stood on a street corner, trying hard just to sing, on a dark beautiful New York street , he told of a time when angels are recognized, when people feel the love to give and from deep down inside in this moment of now is the very choice, the love inside, and the light, to rise up one voice.
Finished the tour back to Canada again, suddenly broken down engines begin, and a complete breakdown of what was to be done, I was offered three tickets to where it had begun for me ( tours in the US) I ended up in Austin , Texas.
All the way through I wrote what I new, some songs I recall answering the call, others are like ghosts the remnants of the light that shines bright in each of us.
There was one day I remember sitting in the RV, wondering how we were going to get out of a parking lot, no money, broken truck, only spirit to guide me and hopefully some luck. And I cried, and then it started to rain, and all I wanted was to be surrounded by love.
And here I am. This is where I wrote, and recorded the next record. "A Call To Action: All the souls in rhythm"
My call to myself, to you. to Humanity to the powers that be. The super heroes in each of us, people feel they deserve better because they do: And we are the change to make it better. Every single one of us, from our kids to our grandparents and beyond reaching out into the future where seeds we must plant to cultivate tomorrow, to lend a hand.
The Peace Movement is in full swing. Together one voice we can sing ourselves into heaven ( light and love ) on earth.

It will hopefully be streaming from this site: ) I am blessed to finally be helping, like I've always dreamed of.
