The last few months have been shows, recording and a ton of rehearsals in San Marcus & Austin TX. to get ready for next years tour and new CD.

At the beginning of 2005 I wished to be "shocked and delighted".

WISHES DO COME TRUE

After the hang up in Maine after my last tour, I flew to Austin , Texas with my son and dog. And everything just fell into place.

Within three weeks I met the love of my life (a rock man), trusted in love and was married on June 11th, 2005. At a ceremony in the trees by a beautiful friend and justice of the peace.

Within three weeks I had met and put together a band who come from the light, we've all had our strife and now find solace in our combined efforts to bring about the light within the music of Heidi Little. Welcome Ian Knox on bass and Jason Hootin on Drums.

We were fortunate enough to land recording time out at Willie Nelson's Pedernales Studio's in Austin, TX. The sheer brilliance of the man resonates with his love and his music and his strength at bringing people together. Engineered by Steve Schadie (Los Lonely boys, and the recent Rob Zombie sound track). I attempted to produce the project myself and was left with an unforgettable experience of education and insight. We may make a boot leg copy of some of the tracks. No promises though.

From there we've played a few shows. I've been writing alot. Just when you think it's getting easy something comes along to thicken the plot.

Recently we have been engaging in arranging and rehearsals to make our leap into the concert circuit. Another bout in the studio this time Arlyn studio's in Austin has brought "Hold ON" to be recorded. Check out the "TUNES" page for an internet release of this self produced/unmastered track.

This song resonates with all of us in the band. 2005 was a year of lessons, I feel blessed to have made it through with all the support and many positive changes that have come about. A new family, a new band, new recordings, new songs, new friends, new city, new fans.

I 've said my piece just prior in regards to words that stick if one gets caught up in it it will only make them sick...

So many smiles... so much lovin.... so much of just not worryin about nothin... Working out the kinks... and the stuff deep down in side....... You'll hear from me again... at a more appropriate time............ as of now I'll play my music.....have a listen and you'll see.... Beauty Truth and Lightening......the musical vibe has come to set me free........

For those of you who have been following my travels...reading my rants...seeing what I see. Here is the latest that must be addressed as quickly as humanly possible.

The first thing I was told by my only mentor was to not get involved in politics. Don't write about them in songs, don't talk about it on stage...just steer clear.

I decided a long time ago I could care a less whether or not I should or shouldn't do something. I want to travel; I want to continue to show my son the world. I want to choose where I go and who I see and how I get there.

I just heard the news that shocked me into action. I have personally experienced border control. Cells, interrogation tactics, refusal of admittance, this is what I have seen over and over again, and believe to be absolutely true:

The Government of the USA is blocking the inhabitants of this country in. It is increasingly difficult to enter or leave the US of A with significant emphasis on the Canada/US borders. The complaints today were that aliens from Mexico are coming in and having babies and then receiving free health care. Whereas a man with some terrible illness who is a United States citizen cannot get his operations covered. Look at the Social Programming, not the borders. Some would say drugs, guns, etc... Believe me when I say the border control is over board more than capable of finding these people out at the borders. CHIPS: I heard people say today that go ahead and implant chips into people.. that will keep out the non US people.

DO NOT BLOCK YOURSELVES IN: A POWER HOUSE SOCIETY FEEDS THE EGO: A CONTROL CENTRED SOCIETY FEEDS THE FEAR: AN ALL POWERFUL COUNTRY PROMOTES SEGREGATION. A COUNTRY OF FEAR AND POWER DESTROYS THE BALANCE THAT IS AND MUST BE KEPT ON OUR PLANET.

PLEASE DO NOT BELIEVE IT WHEN YOU HEAR YOU NEED MORE PROTECTION. PLEASE BELIEVE YOU HAVE MORE THAN ENOUGH POWER. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT THEY FILL YOU WITH FEAR OF INTRUDERS SO THEY CAN CONTROL YOU THEMSELVES. PLEASE FOR PEACE SAKE FOR OUR CHILDREN'S SAKE TAKE INITIATIVE AND DO NOT ALLOW CHIP IMPLANTS IN YOUR BODIES WE MUST UNDERSTAND THAT ONCE THOSE CHIPS ARE PUT INTO PLACE THEY CAN TELL YOU WHERE AND WHEN YOU SHOULD GO ANYWHERE. THAT IS NOT FREEDOM THAT IS SLAVERY> SLAVERY BY YOUR OWN GOVERNMENT FEEDING YOU FEAR SO YOU WILL LET THEM DO WHAT THEY WANT>DO NOT LET THE GOVERNMENT ALLOW MORE CONTROL OVER THE BORDERS OF MEXICO . I LIVED IN MEXICO AND CANNOT WAIT TO RETURN BECAUSE OF THERE OUTPOURING OF LOVE FOR ANY PEOPLE>THEY ARE NOT NAZI'S RUNNING AROUND WITH BLOND HAIRED BLUE EYED SEVERED HEADS. THAT DOES NOT HAPPEN THAT IS NOT HAPPENING. THE SMALL PERCENTAGE OF PEOPLE FEEDING EVIL AND DARK IS STILL THE SAME THE POWER IS NOT GROWING IT IS KEPT AT BAY BY THE PEOPLE WHO LIVE IN THE LIGHT. LIVE IN THE LIGHT AND FEAR NOTHING.

MAY is the month of awakening, the month that peace and power of self come into play for the next seven years. Hold your freedom and give it to others. In the end we are all in this together. Fear = Darkness / LOVE = Freedom. I love my angels I've met in the US , I love my fans in the US , I want to continue to visit and play music and share and see the beauty of the world. It is what we are here for. Once again... DO NOT BELIEVE THE FEAR LIES THEY FEED YOU. MAKE YOUR OWN DECISIONS, SIT QUIET AND ASK YOURSELF THE TRUTH.

Even in the darkest moments light does shine.

I completed my first East Coast US tour. Thank You!! to all the club owners who stuck there necks out for me on this spur of the moment tour. Thank you to all the new people who's ears are turned to the music I am gratefully creating. Thank you to my son and dog for accompanying me on yet again another interesting and dynamic journey. Thank you to all the support from my loved ones when times got a bit tricky. Thank you to the owners of my RV.

I asked for a couple of things before I left on this tour, clarification, and verification. I wanted to be told by others what I believe to be true and correct. That we must come from love at all costs, no matter the chatterbox of distractions that fear can throw at us at any given moment. I asked to live by my intuition and that it would guide me true and correct in all that I do, and that I remain strong and be able to tell when action was necessary or not. I got what I asked for: Books (Return of the Bird Tribes, 96.5 percent correct, and others by Cary) Support from instantaneous friends and long time friends, Smudging articles, angel sponsors, Mechanical help, energy help, smiles, handshakes, eyes that met mine, trees that showed there individual personality's, birds singing chorus, oceans calming and assuring, sunsets so alluring, rains that wash away the yuck so spring can spring and lovers can love.

I was shown the fear that still, after centuries of political power and struggle of the people to find the light, not to fight, to trust. To say what they need to say to give smiles away, that it is still believed that there is a cost, a cost for the people of this world to give. That we are some form of sheep or herd that must be corralled into one way of thinking.

We create our own reality.

We create our world's reality.

We create our childrens reality.

We are reality.

I was shown compassion, love , understanding, I was shown anger, fear. I was forced to learn how to feed that fear into myself, to give it up to the love, to find the strength and resilliance inside myself, from the creator and all around me, in the hills, rocks, trees, grass, valleys, air, rain, sun, moon, skyscrapers, park avenue, slabs of rock in Central Park, sooo many truck stops, police more than a few who always want to know what I do, from the projects to Manhatten from Indiana to Ohio from Germany to Maine, the whole world was with me on this tour yet again.

Don't get me wrong in that every single thing was beautiful, some of this journey was so retched and shocking that I almost gave up, a couple of times, every time, a new bout of energy would creep in, give me a new song to create or a loving soul to meet. At this point in time I struggle not to change my mind while I sit in my broken down RV, waiting for an engine from the sky (as my dear friend put it) and a willing repair guy. Blessing in disguise? That remains to be seen. Now I have had the time to analize, to crystalize, to critisize to disbelieve, to chastise, to familiarize. Some time to dream.

I am currently writing a new book to go along with another new record. FOR NOW: The first book written during and after my last West Coast US tour is finally finished. It will be released in conjunction with Dreams of Granduer, and a new music video, all on one disc, all will be available in May. All in support of the greater good that is spreading like wild fire across the lands. People are gearing up to take a stand. Join hands, love lands, breathe in light, and help a fellow stranger to flight. You never know what the angels of this world will be clothed as.

To every one who will read this short compact passage of the last month of my life PLEASE Do Not judge but remain in the light, for it is all of us together that will help keep the light in flight.

To dreaming who you are and what you want. If you come from the love there ain't nothing that can stop you except your own created fear. That is the lesson that has been made the most clear.

A Further Note Readers Be Warned: Don't forget to turn off those blasted television sets and go live a real life. While your at it get rid of those cell phones as well, it's not just you who gets radiated. Lastly, now they want to take coal back out of the ground, I don't know am I the only one who has heard of water energy or bio diesal engines, or the power of a bycycle, and most importantly once you drain all the liquid out of the earth then you remove the hard stuff, what's left to keep it standing? There is a petition or a march in the making. Keep it real.

Absolutely gratefull..for every soul I meet...who are working through the chaos and dancing through the beat..outragious suggestions of darkness ..but through it light does shine......colored by the people who hold wisdom filled love within their hearts and minds.....understanding and forgiveness.. essential for ourselves.. and using thresh hold guardians to constantly work through and rise above....constantly in motion hills and valleys we do climb...constantly on the war path...to uphold our great divine...self....

the right to feel at ease, to share, to dream away...no worries if another tries to rain on life's parade... we are all in this together...one life no compromise...demand that everyone can live in this gorgeous dance through time..with peace and freedom.. selves laid out...to contribute when the need is there..to work through the doubt and fear...and most of all to share...if life has shown me anything..it is to appreciate...how much each and every individual has the right and need to create..visions of granduer..lots of love to share with human kind...something they've been given

a beat ..to add.. in time.. .there have been challenges.. grandious... and more are still to come....so hold them close the ones you love...joining together to dance in time...now is the moment to forge ahead...to let light truly shine.....this is a vision most do share....I gladly state the obvious to a world that really does care...

A simple peice for a Friday.....

Mundane radio...reality t.v.. I can't even comprehend what I see... so I write it all down in a neat little song.. meant to nurture the courage and love of the strong....Minded people who stand up for what's right.. who help a total stranger and remain in the fight... Today is a day I can't just sing anymore... I'm knee deep in all the shit I abhor....I won't play it safe I won't stand on the sidelines.. I'll yell from the mountains about these sick twisted times... baffled and tired of the constant show... do you think I don't know... what you got that your trying to hide.. what you release.. the crap you let fly..... pockets of people raging and ramming won't be caught up in the mediocre programming.. you can run but you can't hide.. stand up... now is the time ....GIVE ER' to the people who chart there own paths.. I'm for the ones who feel the aftermath..To making dreams a reality.......PEACE

Thank You to the world for showing such kindness in the wake of disaster.....please remember it will take a while to help these people to rebuild a new life, donations are being taken everywhere....I realize that wealth is a thing of the past for a lot of people these days..but I believe fiercly -that which is given freely will come back around..and if you really want to help... start your own donation campaign...neighbors..friends.. family...small business....every bit helps! and you will feel great that you did something to help out!

To those who lost someone....take solace in knowing that there are even more beautiful souls taking care of each and every one of us...stand strong...

Well I had to tell you about the present I just got... Acclamation: ANGEL came in 3rd place for the WINDRIFT Songwriting Competition...for 2004 THANKYOU To the judges ... I couldn't even imagine....and come on out to the Plains Hotel in downtown Regina on January 4th, 2005. Kick off the coldest month of the year by bundling up and hearing new tunes.....CHEERS!

Memories of one grand year.. that remain alight to feed the New year....a year gained of wisdom.. fueled by compassion ...and love...a year meant to challenge.. a year to rise above....beautiful people wonderous vibes...constant reminders of why I'm alive....living in moments but not caught up in time...at some points I thought I might just loose my mind...and then the reminders from the reality I see....of wonderful compassionate people that understand the word free.....

Thank You to evolutionary music brought on by evolutionary people....May your holiday season come wrapped up tight in love and light...

It's all about new plan of action....watch for exciting new updates regarding festivals and further tour dates...a new page of artists going up that I have and will meet in my travels... People are coming together....keepin it real and throwing themselves into the feel.

Well the border patrol put a stop to the introduction I was wishing to make between myself and the Atlantic Coast..... See ya very soon...as for Nashville...attempt number two means that I flew... angels all around....THANKS YA'LL...to my old new friends.....THANKYOU to the people who came out to the fundraiser...came out to the BlueBird cafe....came out on the street came out to the impromptu shows....offered up shows...HATS OFF to all the songwriter's out there who are tapping into the source and sharing it to make the world more colorful and beautiful..A big Thanks to the Nashville Songwriters assoc and STAY LOWD.... The BlueBird cafe..beautiful crowd....stay prowd...Sutlers... likes it raw and lowd....and the Boardwalk cafe....shouts it out.....I could not have even attempted this trip without the support of the Saskatchewan Recording Industry Association, the SSCI and the Government of Saskatchewan...a very big THANKYOU for your ongoing support...

Absolutely Fantastic! Sums it up.

I went to Mexico...and wrote a new record.

I cut myself off from everything and got down to the business of what I as a songwriter, am really about. I battled my demons and found hope, peace, strength and happiness. I searched and found who I am writing for, and found to my absolute amazement, easy...myself and all of humanity. Then, I thought a ton about the state of the world, the war, the environment,the people, the plight, and fight we have all been and continue to be submerged in. The absolute injustice the unfathomable craziness that we have all been surrounded and force fed..relentlessly...and I found a place of peace, strength, humour, cockiness and hope. I wanted to share what I found in that time. Because the music I was creating made me happy, strong and hopefull and everyone deserves those things.I really just want to make other people smile and RAWK OUT I was having such a blast doing it by myself I hoped it was contagious...so I booked a tour through the US and then took the songs on the road to see what people thought and to find out how I felt playing them. I think it is safe to say....I RAWKED the United States, and had a FANTASTIC time doing it! THANKYOU!!! to EVERY ANGEL I MEET ON THIS TOUR...THANKYOU!...to the folks for all the support at the shows, for buying my record, and for the fan letters....DEADLY!! I LOVE hearing from you and ALWAYS remember that I write for YOU: THANKYOU to all the folks back home for there support, and for not letting anyone forget about me in my absence...THANKYOU .. to the Radio stations who played my music, gave deadly reviews of LIVE IN A SHU BOX, and supported my shows with interviews... THANKYOU.. to the club owners for taking a chance on me and my music.THANKYOU and RAWK ON to all the talented musicians I had the pleasure of playing and entertaining with... Meanwhile I am figuring out the new record and booking the Eastern side of the US, at the same time finishing up a book I have been writing that will hopefully bring smiles and hope to a lot of people. It would appear that Karoke Night at The Plains is still airing nationally (it charts where I started) and that CBC is still playing the *!*! out of Live In A Shu Box ....THANKS! Watch for upcoming dates in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada, at The PLains Hotel and check back in a bit for more US touring dates and schedules, as well as when this book is going to hit the shelves. So...the world has just begun hearing from me....keep the communication lines open. Until we meet again ... STAY LOWD. RAWK. LOVE ONE ANOTHER.And now the new addition..and one that saved my ass a ton of times over this past tour.....ALWAYS REMEMBER YOU ARE EXACTLY WHERE YOU NEED TO BE.
