Born in the prairies of Regina, Sask, Canada, Heidi now lives in the Adirondack mountains of upstate New York.

Heidi wrote her first song and began performing them in 1997, Her award winning songs : "Cowboy", "Angel" "Movin On" , "May You Always", "Shine" and most recently "No More War" (11 months at #1) Her first EP, went national in three weeks, with "Cowboy". One BFA in theater, brought Heidi to CBC Radio and producer/friend Kelley Jo Burke, who organized a concert "Live" with in studio audience, which was recorded and broadcast across Canada as a special Christmas Show titled 'True Believer". This show would set Heidi up with her first full length album. Titled "Live In A Shu Box" for the shu box theater it was recorded in.


Heidi spent years touring the central provinces and the west coast of Canada while balancing her commitment to family and her education. Determined to "pay her dues" she gave away everything she owned and went on three North American tour's including Mexico, with her son Kian. Eckhart Tolle was writing the Power of Now, while Heidi was writing/touring "Dreams of Grandeur" both forward thinking and empowering.

When Heidi found herself visiting Texas, recording at Wille Nelsons Studio Pedernales, then married in a shotgun wedding, and finding out she would be a new mom, it put a differant spin on things. She busied herself creatively with recording all the songs she didn't have time to record before. One special song of note was written by Amy and Willie Nelson titled "A Peaceful Solution". Now avaialble on a new Heidi Little album titled PeaceLoveSprial..

Heidi enjoys producing events for environmental and social causes. Some of those events are The Sustainable Living Roadshow Festival Austin, Concerts in Honor of the Children of Israel and Gaza Strip, Haiti benefits, and Stop child abuse and spousal assault, Flood Relief for tropical storm Irene. She has shared the stage in the past at festivals with the Northern Pikes, Alejandro Esoveda, The Skydiggers, at performance venues with Bill Bourne, Holly MCnarland, Sara Hickman, Carolyn Don Johnson, Betty Soo, Shawn Madden, Chris Van Loan, Ghost of Modern Man, Sylvie, The Smalls,The Hitchers, and many others. Heidi has also performed for Prince Charles and Prince Edward, as well as thousands of beautiful bright light North Americans and lovers in Mexico.
